IMPORTANT NOTICE: AUTHORISED LICENSEES AND DISTRIBUTORS
Emirates is committed to maintaining the integrity of its brand and ensuring that only authentic, high-quality products are made available to consumers. As a retailer, it is your responsibility to source Emirates products exclusively from our authorised distributors or the Emirates Official Store. Any sale of unauthorised or counterfeit products infringes our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
Authorised Licensees and Distributors
The following entities are the only official licensees and/or distributors of Emirates products. Retailers must only purchase from these entities to ensure compliance with our brand policies:
• Worldwide Trading LLC: Daron Toys and SkyMarks
• Airliners Distributing Inc : GeminiJets
• Herpa Miniaturmodelle GmbH : Herpa Wings
• PPC Holland BV
• Bordbar design GMBH: Aviation Tag (permitted to sell the Emirates A380 Aircraft Skin Tags only)
This list will be updated regularly to reflect any changes in our authorised licensees. Retailers are responsible for verifying that their suppliers are on this list. Failure to do so may result in retailers selling unauthorised or counterfeit products.
Unauthorised Sales and Counterfeit Products
Retailers who advertise, sell or offer for sale any products bearing the Emirates trade marks and/or logos without sourcing them from the Emirates Official Store, our official licensees or authorised distributors are engaging in unauthorised sales. These actions not only violate our intellectual property rights but also risk distributing counterfeit products, misleading consumers and causing significant harm to our brand’s reputation.
All genuine Emirates products carry the official Emirates product hologram as a mark of authenticity. If a product does not feature this official hologram, it may be counterfeit or unauthorised.
Legal Consequences
Emirates takes the protection of its brand very seriously. Any unauthorised use of our trade marks, logos, or intellectual property—including the sale of counterfeit products—may result in legal action.
Reporting Unauthorised Sellers
If you have information regarding unauthorised sellers or counterfeit Emirates products, we encourage you to report them to us immediately at trademarks@emirates.com. Your cooperation helps protect the authenticity of our brand and ensures a fair marketplace for all authorised retailers.
