If you’ve been a long-time fan of flying Emirates, you’ll know we’ve flown many aircraft across four decades of international flights. The Airbus 300-600R was part of our fleet from 1989 until 2002 in two and three-class configurations, taking our customers between Dubai, Abu Dhabi and destinations in the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Europe. A6-EKC was the second A300 to fly in the Emirates livery. It entered service in May 1989, almost four years after an A300 B4-203 was leased by PIA as part of the 1985 start-up.
